For a full body aerobic workout that is easy on the joints, the Mount Auburn Club offers a variety of Aquatics classes daily.  Since water provides 12 times the resistance of air, Aqua Aerobics is an excellent way to burn calories and tone muscles simultaneously. Our certified trainers make sure you'll have fun while doing so.  

Our 4-lane, 75 ft. long indoor swimming pool has a constant depth of 4.5 feet.  It overlooks the Club's gardens and deck and provides a serene environment for lap swimming.  We pride ourselves on our swimming pool's cleanliness and upkeep, and welcome you to enjoy the soothing effects and physical rejuvenation of water.
